Vaibhav Sathe & Associates provides chartered accountancy and financial consultancy services including income tax filing, GST compliance, CMA reports, project reports, business registration, and accounting services.

2. Client Portal

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• Unauthorized access to other client accounts is strictly prohibited
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

3. Service Engagement

• Service fees are agreed upon before commencement of work
• Timely submission of required documents by the client is essential for service delivery
• VSAA is not liable for penalties arising from late document submission by clients
• All invoices are payable as per agreed terms

4. Confidentiality

All financial and personal information shared with VSAA is treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

VSAA's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, penalties, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the VSAA ProReport software, is the intellectual property of V-SAT Solutions and Vaibhav Sathe & Associates. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
